Charles de Brimont Premier Cru Brut Elegance and finesse. Pale straw appearance and tightly concentrated bubbles lead to aromas of green apples, floral tones. A lovely dry, lightly honeyed flavour that is crisp yet rich and defined. Bottle £30
Charles de Brimont Premier Cru Brut Rose Exotic deep salmon appearance that marries well. With its aromas of exotic fruits, raspberries and almonds. Velvet soft tannins, compatible with everything from smoked salmon to crème brulee. Bottle £34

Chateau Megyer Szamorodni Tokaji, Hungary Dark amber and virtually hypnotic in appearance. This is a very sought after sweet wine. Shows aromas of quince, spice, nuts and orange peel and creamy richness giving taste of honey, hazelnuts, nutmeg and orange. 50ml £3.50
Black Lagoon Southern Gold Muscat, France Made from two varietals, Muscat d'Alexandrie and D'Grains. Showing a pale gold to greenish appearance. This delicate Muscat gives aromas of ripe citrus fruits and honeysuckle. Packed with zestiness with lovely honey, citrus and nutty flavours. 50ml £3.50

Armangac & port

De Castlefort V.S. 28, France This brandy is from the Bas Armangac region of south west France, shows soft fruits and nuts that open up to reveal vanilla and toffee flavours that glide across the palate. The ultimate digestive to complete any meal. 50ml £4.00
Fonsecca Organic Port, Portugal Fonsecca is one of the oldest port producers in the Duoro Valley, they have been creating some of the most sought after fortified wines in the world for over 100 years. Made from organically grown grapes, is almost tawny in style. Works with cheese or chocolate-based dessert. 50ml £2.95
Fonsecca White Port, Portugal Light style port has alluring nose reminiscent of Spanish Fino Sherry. Medium dry fortified wine, slight nuttiness works well with hard cheese, nuts, olives and cured meats. 50ml £3.50

Paarl Heights, Chenin Blanc, South Africa Lovely aromatics of white fruit such as peach and pear while on the palate slightly fuller rich tropical fruit flavours lingering nicely. Bottle £14.00
Black Lagoon, Viognier, France Tropical fruits and floral flavours dominate this crisp and refreshing light wine. A brilliant aperitif that would work excellent with Brancaster Mussels. Bottle £15.00
La Luciana, Gavi, Italy Apple and floral aromas capture the senses while the palate shows zesty citrus fruit characters, finishing with steely mineral notes. Bottle £16.45
Vina Albino, White Rioja, Spain Pale straw with light greenish hues, this barrel fermented white Rioja is made from the Viura grape. Vibrant tropical fruits on the nose with a fair amount of oak. Dry yet complex. Liquorice undertones and slight nuttiness amazing wine which compliments everything from roast pork, mussels to creamy cheeses. Bottle £17.70
Cave de Turkheim, Pinot Blanc, Alsace Pale gold in colour with perfumed aromatics of Honeysuckle and citrus, this is a fine example of the best of what the north-east of France produces. Touches of spice, a dry and crisp finish. Works Magnificently with pates, seafood or chicken. Bottle £18.15
The Mill, Riesling, Australia Honey toasted and spicy aromas lend to richness and body of this wonderfully crafted Riesling. Southbank Estates, Sauvignon Blanc, New Zealand A vibrant Sauvignon Blanc from the Marlborough region that shows all the characteristics one expects. Gooseberries and passion fruit aromas mingle well with the structural tropical and citrus tones that roll around the taste buds. The crisp and clean finish leaves a satisfying lengthy freshness. La Lotte, Chablis, France Delicate green-straws hues, an inviting bouquet and subtle flavour make this wine ideal with fish and poultry dishes. Best served slightly chilled, freshness and length to boot. Bottle £24.85

Rimauresq Rose, France From one of the Provence’s top producers. Rimauresq shows complexity from its seductive onion skin appearance to the fruit salad aromas on the nose. Masia J Tempranillo, Cabernet, Spain Chosen as the house red wine of the worlds only 7 star hotel - Burj al Arab in Dubai. A wonderful wine, excellently constructed with a fantastic balance of fruit, oak and acidity. False Bay, Shiraz, South Africa This shiraz has a rich intense colour with a perfume of dark fruit on the nose. Warm, spicy and jammy flavours coat the palate leaving a lovely ripe black peppery flavour to linger on the taste buds. Bottle £16.15
Valpolicella Classico Giacomo Montresor, Italy Grapey, ripe red berry aromas. Do you remember when this was over popular and over consumed to the extent it became unfashionable? Now its time to try this classic wine again and enjoy its fantastic well rounded Italian taste. Bottle £17.85
Nieto Senetiner, Malbec, Argentina Argentina is the homeland of Malbec and the wines from Nieto Senetiner are the ultimate example of what rich and concentrated Malbec is all about. A depth of tangy fruit, toasty vanilla and firm tannins lead into intense sweet dark fruits and chocolate. This is perfect with grilled meats, game and mature cheese. Bottle £18.95
Puerto Vieja, Rioja Crianza, Spain This wine is intense cherry red with pronounced fruity aromas of orange peel, dried fruit and spicy character. Pleasant tannins abound with a harmonious persistent finish. Bottle £21.00
Cuvee L'Ancienne, Brouilly, France This is a wine which will work well with fish but equally hold up to roast pheasant and pigeon. Ripe red fruit aromas and hints of morello cherries and pomegrantes lead into soft tannins and a full and light robust middle palate of soft brambly fruit. Light in weight but huge in flavour and length. Bottle £24.00
Chateau Giraudels de Milon, St Emilion Grand Cru Made from a blend of 65% merlot, 30% Cabernet Franc and a splash of Cabernet Sauvignon, this wine is what quality St Emilion is all about. Brimming with a complexity and character from well integrated tannins and freshness to earthiness and blackcurrant fruit finishing with eucalyptus and smokey flavours. Bottle £30.00
