Our suppliers
Where possible we get all our produce from local farmers and suppliers. Here's a list of the suppliers we regularly use, along with links to some websites we find useful.
Game, including pheasants, pigeon and rabbits are provided by local shoots during season.
Sausages, burgers, pate, soups and desserts are made on site, and smoked produce is smoked on site. Our homemade produce can be purchased subject to availability.
We also grow a lot of our own fruit and vegetables in our raised beds and polytunnel, and we have our own hens providing most of our free range eggs.
